Guarantee for Composite Veneers

• A one-year guarantee is provided for composite veneers.
• For minor issues, such as a lost corner or a slight crack, Colombia Dentistry Retreat reserves the right to perform repairs rather than a full replacement.

Guarantee for Porcelain Veneers and Other Treatments

• A five-year guarantee applies to porcelain veneers and other treatments.
• Clients are required to retain the defective porcelain veneer for reattachment, if necessary.

Repayment, Deposits, and Misuse

• Due to the nature of the service, full refunds are not available.
• Deposits made for treatment reservations are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• The guarantee will not apply in cases of extreme misuse, such as:
  • Opening beer caps or other inappropriate uses.
  • Excessive stress-testing of the veneers resulting in damage or loss.

Replacement and Repair Process

• For composite veneers:
  • Minor issues may be repaired locally in Quebec by a partnered dentist, instead of requiring a full replacement.
• For porcelain veneers:
  • Clients may choose to return to Colombia, where a new porcelain veneer can be crafted and fitted.

Warranty Exclusions

• The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
  • Misuse.
  • Negligence.
  • Failure to follow recommended post-treatment care guidelines.

Communication and Claims

• All warranty or refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team within the specified deadlines.

Additional Note for U.S. Residents

• U.S. residents must return to Colombia for any repairs or replacements, as Colombia Dentistry Retreat does not currently have affiliated dentists in the United States.

By choosing Colombia Dentistry Retreat, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these repayment and guarantee conditions. The company reserves the right to revise these terms in alignment with its internal policies.
